In my style of therapy and coaching, I provide an authentic and safe space where you can be yourself. I offer understanding, compassion and a reassuring touch of normality to the challenges we all face.
I recognise the importance of growth and transformation. I don't shy away from challenging unhelpful thoughts and behaviours, helping you to explore different perspectives, and holding you accountable for the goals you set. It's a balanced approach, one that can be firm when necessary, yet always rooted in genuine care and support.
